I bet you thought this was going to be a post about a delicious game-time food. Well, it's not. It's about something that is very important in Wyoming. Hunting. Besides the deer, antelope, and elk people hunt here, they also go after something called the Sage Grouse. It's a crazy bird that looks like this.
